The Bible as Authority
We believe in the authority of Scripture and therefore use it as the standard for all decisions regarding church doctrine and the lifestyles embraced by the members of the Tampa Bay Church.

We Must All Be Born Again
We believe that faith in Jesus and his resurrection, repentance, confession of Jesus as Lord, and baptism by immersion for the forgiveness of sins are necessary for salvation according to God’s Word.

Unity of Brotherhood
We believe that we are an independent church in an interdependent worldwide brotherhood and are committed to the Biblical model of self-governing leadership. We seek fellowship with and council from churches with whom we are doctrinally unified in matters of salvation. We believe in working cooperatively with these churches toward our shared goal of evangelizing the world.
