To provide spiritual oversight for The Tampa Bay Church, we are served by several groups. Our ministry staff is comprised of Gregg & Wynn Eargle, who serve as the lead evangelist and women's ministry leader, as well as Jeff Chacon.
The ministry staff is assisted by a Leadership Advisory Group. - David & Renea Hamilton

As we work towards establishing the Biblical model of oversight for the church, we are currently training a group of servants of the needs (deacons). The men who are being trained at this time are:
